1. Course Description
For this project each student will do an original investigative study of a significant theme drawn from classroom study subjects and/or the 3×3 apprenticeship.
2. Course goals
The purpose of the CAP is to explore a topic that has significance for a student’s future ministry.
3. Contents of the Course in Detail
Necessary componentsÂ
- Completion with a passing grade of all 36 courses in the academic portion of THS Academy
- Approval of the ThemeÂ
- 25,000-30,000 Word investigative study thesis paper
4. Evaluation and grading
The requirements are laid out in the academic catalog. Try to bring them down to 3 all together for each course. We should have in general:
Usually for a 4-credit course:
Homework (or smaller essays, not more than one) 20%
Required reading (0%) but has to be proven to receive credits
Partaking of class for at least 75% of time. Otherwise additional work needs to be done to receive credits. The way students interact with the class count 20% of the grading
Term paper 60% 8-12 pages, format according to our standards
Usually for a 2-credit course:

5. Required reading
Books according to right citation scheme. Usually 400 Pages for 4 credit course and 200 pages for 2 credit course

Not mandatory but helpful material for students. Books listed according to correct citation scheme.
