A church is an organization, and its leaders must know how to build effective structures, strategies, and administrative systems. This course combines Organizational Development—establishing strong, systematized foundations within the church—with Project Management, which equips students to guide specific tasks from start to finish. Students will gain a clear understanding of the administrative and operational requirements essential for church planting and church growth.
