Bible Overview Assignment #1 Due: Jan 21, 2025 (before start of class)

Complete All required reading:

• Illustrated Bible Survey: Preface, Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
• One hour of audio Bible listening given in class

Week 1 written homework: 

Students will create a prayer team of 2 to 3 people.

1. Choose people who you can depend on to pray for you, to share challenges with,  and to meet with regularly.

    a. Each student will present in class (2 minutes total)

    b. How did you chose your prayer team? Who are they?

    c. How will you design your time with the team?

    d. What is the desired outcome for you and your team?

  (Notes for the presentation to be submitted as part of homework prior to class.)

Questions 2 and 3 should be answered in one paragraph, 6 to 10 sentences.

2. In Deuteronomy, Moses reviewed the law for the new generation.

      * Why was review important then?
