In Progress

6.0 The Distribution of Tasks

At best, the members of a team should work together like gear wheels. Each employee has a clearly defined area of responsibility, but this should be interlinked with other areas of responsibility so that the project can get off the ground with joint effort.

Example: In a faith course, the hospitality ministry is responsible for decoration, drinks and food. The worship leader for the worship and the music at the beginning and at the end. The interlocking would be, for example, the design of the evening. The hospitality decides on autumn decoration and autumn colors. These must be passed on to the worship leader so that he can also incorporate the design into his foils. Here both are asked to communicate with each other and, if necessary, to discuss discrepancies and find solutions.

When founding a team of employees, each new employee and the further development of a team, the gear wheels have to be reassorted and then matched to each other again. The task for you as a manager is to design the process in such a way that the team achieves its goals and thereby experiences joy and motivation.

One aid for this is the regular appraisal interview.
