What you’ll learn
The purpose of this course is to equip students with an understanding of the major phases of church growth and development and the challenges found therein. This course covers various church models, their structure, purpose, and target audience. Students will learn practical church management skills such as developing and outlining church projects, collecting data on church statistics, and delegating various roles to members. This course details various hierarchical and leadership structures and the balance the local church holds between actively engaging with its regional culture and remaining uncompromised in the faith.
