How a person sees him/herself has a huge influence on his/her view of the world and upon their choices. When one’s self image is not securely rooted in God, it is susceptible to impulses of society and culture and of one’s immediate surroundings, which range from unbeneficial to harmful. A leader’s character comes into play when dealing with frequent issues regarding money, sex, and power. This course shall assist the student in discerning his or her own weaknesses and developing strategies to grow in these areas. Especially in the interactions between men and women, leaders must develop clarity of conviction and practice in order to avoid questionable or abusive behavior, or becoming a victim of such behaviors.
